Troubleshoot uploads
Recover from offline, failed, unsupported or paused upload states.
Before you start
Do not start the same large batch in another tab; that can create confusing duplicate decisions.
Steps
Keep the upload panel open and identify whether the problem is transfer, duplicate, storage or balance related.
Reconnect the network and choose Resume for paused items.
Use JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC and retry only Failed items.
For storage or Snap Coin warnings, resolve the account limit before selecting the remaining files again.
When you are done
Successful files stay complete while only unresolved files are retried.
If something goes wrong
If failures repeat, capture the exact message, browser, event name and one example filename for support. Never send account passwords.
