Update your profile and language
Keep contact details current and choose the dashboard language.
Before you start
The account email is also used for important notices and support follow-up. Contact support if it needs a protected change.
Steps
Open the profile menu and choose Profile.
Update your name, company, phone number and country code.
Choose English, Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese as your language preference.
Save, then refresh another signed-in device if it still shows the old details.
When you are done
Your preference follows the account across devices after profile data loads.
If something goes wrong
If only one page stays in the old language, reload once. Include that page name in a support report if it persists.
