Resolve storage-full warnings
Free space or increase the plan limit before new files are accepted.
Before you start
Deleting an event is permanent. Archiving hides it from guests but does not free its photo storage.
Steps
Open Billing and review Photo Storage used, remaining and plan limit.
Delete unneeded photos or whole events only after retaining required originals elsewhere.
Alternatively, choose Get more storage and move to a larger plan.
Return to the upload queue and retry files that were not accepted.
When you are done
The storage meter drops after deletion or the higher plan limit becomes active.
If something goes wrong
If the meter does not update, refresh Billing after processing finishes. Contributors must ask the event owner to make the change.
