Know when a file is safe to share, retry or investigate.
Before you start
Do not close the browser during Uploading. Server-side Processing continues after you leave.
Steps
Uploading means the browser or app is still transferring the source file.
Staged means the file awaits review; Pending or Processing means server work is underway.
Completed means guest renditions and enabled indexes are ready.
Failed means the item needs retry or support; Awaiting Snap Coins needs more balance before processing.
When you are done
You can separate transfer problems from processing problems and take the correct action.
If something goes wrong
If a photo remains Processing for an unusually long time, note its filename and event, refresh once, then send those details to support.
