Review duplicate files
Decide what happens when an upload matches an existing event file.
Before you start
An identical file can still have a different filename. Compare the preview and intended album before replacing.
Steps
When Duplicate Files Detected appears, review the file name and match type.
Choose Skip to keep the existing photo only.
Choose Replace to replace the event copy, or Keep Both to create a second record.
Use the matching “all” action only when the same choice is correct for every duplicate.
When you are done
The upload queue continues with your duplicate choices applied.
If something goes wrong
If you are unsure, choose Skip. You can inspect the existing photo and upload again later.
