Understand quality flags

Use automated checks as a review aid, not an automatic rejection.

Before you start

Quality flags are signals. Motion, stage lighting and intentional exposure can trigger them even when the photo is usable.

Steps

  1. In the Staging Area, open the quality filter.

  2. Review photos marked Blurry, Dark, Overexposed, Eyes Closed, No Faces or Duplicate.

  3. Open each important photo at full preview size before deciding.

  4. Keep, edit or decline the photo according to the event’s creative requirements.

When you are done

Your final selection reflects a human review while the flags speed up culling.

If something goes wrong

If the flag seems wrong, keep the photo. Approval is not blocked by a quality warning.

Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
