Create and apply a watermark
Protect guest-facing photos while preserving clean originals.
Before you start
The clean original is always preserved. New settings apply automatically to new uploads; older photos need generation.
Steps
Open Settings and choose Watermark.
Upload separate landscape and portrait logo files if the artwork needs different placement.
Set opacity, size, position and margins, then enable watermarking.
For older photos, select them in Manage Photos and choose Generate watermark.
When you are done
Guest previews and watermarked downloads use the configured logo.
If something goes wrong
If a photo shows No watermark yet, generate it again after the logo and settings are saved. Square images use landscape settings.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
