Change, cancel or reactivate a subscription
Control the next plan and billing cycle without losing the current period.
Before you start
Upgrades can charge immediately. Downgrades and cancellation normally take effect at the period end shown in Pictogo.
Steps
Open Billing and choose Manage Plan.
Select an upgrade, downgrade, monthly/yearly switch or Cancel Plan.
Review the effective date, prorated charge and features that will change.
Confirm the change; use Reactivate or Cancel Downgrade before the shown date if needed.
When you are done
Billing shows the active plan and any scheduled change.
If something goes wrong
Cancellation keeps plan access until the displayed date. Review the stated photo-retention period and download anything needed before it ends.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
