Before you start
Feature availability is determined by the current product table in Pictogo. The checkout summary is the final price and billing interval.
Steps
Open Billing, then choose Change Plan or View Plans.
Compare monthly and yearly prices and the included event, album and storage limits.
Check required features such as custom watermark, bib search, contributors, staging, groupings and AI enhancement.
Choose a plan and review the checkout summary before paying.
When you are done
Successful payment activates the plan and its recurring allowances.
If something goes wrong
If a feature is locked after payment, refresh Billing and confirm that the order is Paid. Contact support with the invoice number if it remains unavailable.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
