Understand and top up Snap Coins
Track the balance used when photos enter AI processing.
Before you start
Normally one Snap Coin processes one uploaded photo. Subscription quota does not roll over; purchased top-ups are valid under the terms shown at checkout.
Steps
Open Billing and review Subscription Quota and Top-up Balance.
Check the reset date; subscription quota is used before top-up balance.
Choose Buy Snap Coins, compare packs and continue to checkout.
After payment, confirm the new balance and resume any waiting photos.
When you are done
The balance increases and eligible waiting uploads can enter processing.
If something goes wrong
Top-ups require an active subscription. If photos are Awaiting Snap Coins, use Process now after the balance arrives.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
