Track download requests
See whether a single-photo or bulk package is pending, ready, failed or expired.
Before you start
Older records can remain for history after their previews or temporary files are gone.
Steps
Open the event and choose Downloads.
Switch between Single Photos and Bulk Downloads, then filter by status.
Open a record to review requester email, photo count, size and previews.
Use the download link while it is Ready; create a new request after expiry.
When you are done
You can answer guest questions and distinguish preparation from link expiry.
If something goes wrong
A failed bulk request may need support if retrying from the guest page also fails. Include the download ID and event name.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
