Review guest search records
Inspect how a guest searched, what matched and which downloads followed.
Before you start
Selfies and matches are sensitive event records. Access them only for support, safety and event operations.
Steps
Open the event and choose Guests.
Filter All, Search or Clicked Face, or search by record ID, IP address or bib number.
Open a record to see the input type, status and matched photos.
Review download records linked to that search session.
When you are done
You can reproduce a guest’s path without asking them to repeat the whole search.
If something goes wrong
A Failed record has no match results. Use its time and ID when contacting support; do not export personal data unnecessarily.
