Request the selected originals or event-sized copies and receive a secure link.
Before you start
The organizer chooses Original, 4096px or 2048px output and whether a watermark is included.
Steps
Open a photo and choose Download, or select several photos and choose Download Selected.
Enter the email address that should receive the download link.
Submit the request and wait while Pictogo prepares the file or ZIP parts.
Open the email link before its expiry and download every listed part.
When you are done
The download page shows Ready when files can be saved and records the request for the organizer.
If something goes wrong
Large downloads can be split into parts. If the link expired, return to the event and create a new request.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
