Find photos with a selfie
Let a guest consent, take a selfie and receive matching event photos.
Before you start
Face search must be enabled and the event must not be in Gallery Mode. Use good front lighting and remove anything covering the face.
Steps
Open the public event link and choose Search by Face.
Read the biometric notice, select I agree and continue.
Allow camera access, centre one clear face and take the selfie.
Wait for matching to finish, then review My Photos and any additional suggestions.
When you are done
Pictogo returns photos containing a similar face from this event only.
If something goes wrong
If there are no matches, retake the selfie in even light and confirm that event photos have Completed processing.
