Set the guest language and download size
Choose the first language guests see and the file size they receive.
Before you start
Original gives the highest quality and largest files. 4096px balances print quality and speed; 2048px suits social sharing.
Steps
Open Settings and choose User Experience.
Select the Default Language for the guest event page.
Choose Original, 4096px or 2048px under Download Size.
Save and run a sample download from the guest page.
When you are done
New guest visits start in the selected language and downloads use the chosen rendition.
If something goes wrong
If a guest already chose a language, their saved device preference may take priority. Ask them to switch language on the page.
Features, allowances and download quality can depend on your plan, event mode and permissions.
