Configure guest search and gallery access
Control gallery browsing, face groups, bib search and the Pictogo badge.
Before you start
Face and bib controls do not appear in Gallery Mode. Some options require a qualifying plan.
Steps
Open Settings and choose User Experience.
Turn Allow gallery browsing on or off.
Choose whether face groups appear in the gallery and whether Bib Number Search is available.
If your plan allows it, choose whether to show Powered by Pictogo, then save.
When you are done
The guest page navigation updates to match your selections.
If something goes wrong
Test the guest page in a private browser window so your organizer session does not hide access problems.
