Use the first-event checklist
Publish a usable event by completing setup, upload and sharing in order.
Before you start
Use fictional or approved test photos, especially when testing biometric search.
Steps
Open the event and review General and User Experience settings.
Upload a small test set and wait until every photo is Completed.
Open the guest event page and run a test search.
Copy the guest link or download the QR code only after the test succeeds.
When you are done
The Home checklist marks event creation, photo upload and sharing as complete.
If something goes wrong
If guests see no photos, confirm the event is public, processing is complete and the relevant search or gallery option is enabled.
